The developer of the game is taking a break to work on their internship at the moment so day 3 & 4 are not being released anytime soon that we know of, if news were to come out about progress the developer should update us but as of now, they are busy.

If he became a romanceable option I would literally fall to my knees and start crying out of pure happiness, he means the actual world to me and it drives me insane-

OH MY GOD- I LITERALLY CANNOT AGREE MORE-! I found this game- the day it came out I think and I was just talking to myself like "Ooh new cute little dating sim let's see what it's abo- OMG WHO'S THIS BLUE HAIRED CUTIE PATOOTIE?!" and then I fell in love with him at first sight and have been ever since.. 😔 I almost sobbed when I found out that he wouldn't become a canon romanceable character 😭 (hoping, PRAYING that it might change.. I'm clinging onto copium please-)

No but on a serious note I'm legit obsessed with Hyugo and his character, the fact that the first time that we meet him (by ourselves on a first person-to-person basis) he's just a super sweet guy with genuinely light-hearted humour, he's a good friend of Sol's and a chill foreign student. Gradually, when you're playing through the story he starts to grow this suspicious aura around him which shows during certain moments, during the lunch scene on the rooftop when he's talking about the high class and how much he despises them and how much he hates the corruption and greed of the city, then there's some scenes with Sol when there's tension between them, etc. Gradually getting through the last parts of Day 2 and getting an ending, we just get hit in the face with BOOM him pulling a gun out of figuratively nowhere and killing some mysterious person/people?! like damn bro, get you a man who can do both 🙏 

Like, his duality of being a sweetheart, someone who genuinely cares about the reader, checks on them to see if they're doing okay and is open to having conversations and answering all and every questions that they have, being happy to learn about eachother in the process and just overall being super caring and attentive. Whilst on the flip side of things he can be cold, calculated and malicious. His particular distaste in the hierarchy and the high class brings out a side of him that we don't see easily, his easy going and happy-go-lucky attitude quickly turning sour, he becomes stern and his soft resolve slowly cracks and begins to show a more icy side underneath his skin..  you can also see his cold demeanour when he shoots the person at the 'Go to the movies with Hyugo' ending, his swiftness to not let that person talk and just shoot them dead proves that he's not just a sweet soul but might have something going on behind the scenes.

An honourable mention that I would like to make is the moments where he seems to have a slight interest in us/is protective of us. An example being- the scene where we choose to 'Stay with Sol', 'Invite Sol' to join or to 'Stay with the group', when you pick the 'Invite Sol' option Hyugo first sees you and dialogue shows 'Hyugo was a bit silent, he seemed to be analysing your face, his head tilting to the side before a smile appeared on his face' after the dialogue plays he says 'You sure have taste Sunny, they are very pretty like you said. ' which in turn plays dialogue saying 'A blush escaped your cheeks at the gesture' implying that you were flustered by his comment. A lot of Hyugo's moments when interacting with the reader include him being a tease and winking at you (a scene I remember goes like Hyugo: Don't worry, this is a secret between you and me. 'He says with a finger on his lips and a wink. You blushed.' him teasing the reader again) There's also a bit where he asks 'How about you? Do you ever see yourself settling down with someone?' when confronted about the idea of marriage. (he's so suspicious.. lemme kiss him-)

After the scene where we mention the high class and our backstory Hyugo stays silent for a moment before saying 'You remind me of them...' seemingly someone in the past or a late friend(?) when we call him out on his reminiscence of this stranger he says 'I'm rambling! Don't mind me! Haha!' and dialogue mentions 'Having been caught red handed, he waved around his hands. His face now red as a cherry as it reached his ears.' showing embarrassment that he got caught. During moments where the reader is almost attacked, beaten or nearly gotten into some sort of issue/nearly got injured Hyugo will lend a hand to reader or offer some sort of assistance. (example: 'Beside you, Hyugo extended his hand for you to take.' ... 'You took Hyugo's hand as he helped you get up.' what a gentleman <3 ) 

There's a really lovely moment in where you pick the route where you 'Go to the arcade' with Sol and are almost ambushed in the bathroom after running away from some creeps that tried to chase you in the arcade, after Sol beats the weirdos to a pulp you three decide to leave the arcade and go home. Hyugo mentions that 'we should head back home, it's quite late after all.' and tells Sol that he will be taking reader home, Sol not seeming happy about this mentions that he'll do it instead but is interrupted by Hyugo saying that he's not in good condition and shouldn't do it. There's a spark of conflict in the scene and it shows 'There was something in Hyugo's eyes that made your blood cold. The usual happy-go-lucky expression he had on his face was gone. Looking back at Sol, he seems unfazed at it. As if challenging him.' almost "fighting" over us in a sense. After convincing, Sol finally leaves to go home, Hyugo sighs. Hyugo then teases you and talks about what a "charmer" Sol seems to be and asks if it's working on you, when you ask 'What's with the smirk on your face?' he says that's it's nothing, 'Before you could retaliate with a question, his gaze softened, taking you a bit aback as he looked down on the pavement below, kicking a pebble.' Hyugo asks 'Have you ever liked someone Reader?' while he asks this you can see on his sprite that he's blushing and looking away flustered over even asking you this question which could, maybe, imply that he has some kind of feelings for you perhaps?

I could literally rant all day about how much I love him and how badly I want him to be a love interest... so sorry for the rant ya'll 😔
